KCG continues the construction of the gas processing plant at the Kashagan field in the Atyrau region. Earthworks, concrete works, electrical installation, installation of technological equipment, steel structures, and engineering networks are being carried out simultaneously at the site.

As of today, the volume of earth excavation has reached 1.135 million cubic meters, which represents 79.7% of the planned target. Backfilling works have been completed by 62.6%, with more than 1.69 million cubic meters of soil laid. Concrete works have reached 74.1% completion, exceeding a total volume of 62 thousand cubic meters.

Installation of the main technological equipment is ongoing. To date, 5,284 tons of equipment have been installed, corresponding to 52.6% of the planned volume. Steel structure installation has reached 57.4%, with 11.8 thousand tons assembled. The tank farm has achieved 92.6% readiness.

Construction of engineering infrastructure is also progressing in parallel. Underground pipeline installation has been completed by 57.6%, with 28.4 thousand meters of networks laid. As part of architectural works, more than 8 thousand square meters of sandwich panels and profiled sheeting have been installed. Nearly 35 thousand meters of cable products have been laid within the electrical installation scope.

All key production areas of the project remain actively under construction. The main objectives of the current stage are focused on completing critical construction and installation works, increasing the volume of electrical installation activities, and continuing the delivery of equipment and materials in accordance with the project schedule.

The construction of the gas processing plant at Kashagan remains one of the largest industrial projects in the region.
