Kashagan Gas Processing Plant: Installation of process equipment is on schedule

At the construction site of the Kashagan gas processing plant, installation of process equipment and metal structures continues at key title sections No. 3, No. 5 and No. 7.

All construction activities are carried out as planned, in accordance with the approved schedule. At the current stage, installation of large and strategically important components of the process chain has been completed:

• Steam cooler (contact condenser) T-0701, weight - 56 tons
• Amine absorber T-0702, weight - 85 tons

The installation of these units is carried out by the Kazakh Construction Group team and specialists from contractors. Thanks to the high qualifications, clear coordination of actions and a responsible approach of all project participants, the work is carried out without deviations from the established schedule.

The project is being implemented in compliance with strict labor protection, safety and production standards. Each stage is tested for compliance with engineering requirements and quality of execution.

The ongoing construction of the Kashagan GPP is an important step in the development of the domestic gas processing industry. The implementation of the project will improve the efficiency of using the deposit’s resources and will make a significant contribution to the development of the country’s energy infrastructure.
