«Kazakh Construction Group» implements the project of a gas treatment complex with the introduction of a closed flare system
The team of «Kazakh Construction Group» LLP is carrying out work on the construction of a gas treatment complex (IGTP) with a design capacity of 1 billion nm³ per year.
To date, the installation of key technological equipment in the following areas has been successfully completed:
- Title 1 - installation of a skid filter for raw gas (34 t, SK-F-0101AB)
- Title 1 - installation of a block for raw gas accounting (21 t, SK-0107)
- Title 7 - assembly of regenerator of amino solution (69.5 t, T-0703)
- Title 40 – carrying out assembly and welding works on tanks
As part of the project, it is planned to install a closed flare system (CTT) for the first time for an object in Kashagane. This technological solution is aimed at increasing ecological standards and reducing the impact on the environment. Currently, the optimization of production and delivery of equipment is being carried out in order to ensure the timely implementation of closed type torch (CTT) on the site.
A closed flare system has a number of environmental and operational advantages:
- Provides smokeless combustion
- Emission of polluting substances is reduced
- Minimizes thermal radiation, noise and odor
- Increases the level of safety and improves working conditions
- Reduces impact on the environment and public health
Implementation of this technology is a step towards sustainable development and increased environmental responsibility within the framework of industrial construction in Kazakhstan, including in the Atyrau region.
