About the current project of «Kazakh Construction Group» LLP
In 2023, «Kazakh Construction Group» LLP began construction work on the Complex Gas Processing Facility at the Kashagan Field with a Capacity of 1,000,000,000 Nm3 per Year in the territory of the Yeskene settlement. Currently, the excavation and installation works are underway. All current work is carried out in accordance with the Project plan.
The main priorities of the Partnership:
Human resource management - the majority of human resources involved in the project are mainly from the local region. The human resource mobilization plan for the project is carried out according to a single algorithm, which was agreed upon with local executive bodies. This is the Partnership's contribution to the employment policy of the local population, which has social significance in the local region.
Safety and environmental protection - the goal of the project is to eliminate risks to the life and health of workers and other stakeholders, as well as the prevention of accidents and disasters, care for the health of workers and protection of the environment.
Contractor Management - The main objective of contractor management is to implement and establish uniform policies for contractors participating in the Project. Potential suppliers are selected through negotiations and contract awards to selected contractors. During construction, strengthen mutually beneficial relationships and unify project goals.
Social Issues Management – the main value of the Partnership is human life and health, as well as social issues management, therefore monitoring social issues is the top priority. In this regard, constant monitoring of the working conditions of employees is carried out and any discrepancies are eliminated in a timely manner. The issue of remuneration is constantly reviewed and changed in accordance with annual inflation, in connection with which, by decision of the Partnership, the salaries of employees have been increased by 20% this year.
Special trainings – the Partnership regularly organizes special trainings for its employees. These trainings include courses on enriching knowledge on human resources management for management, retraining personnel for other specialties and strengthening team spirit. These trainings provide employees with an excellent opportunity to improve their knowledge and contribute to the process of the Project construction.
